The Spark Co. started with a passion for pairing exceptional marketing with events. Ali Berger, owner of The Spark Co., understood early on that great marketing isn't just promotion — it's the architecture of an experience. It builds anticipation, shapes culture, and creates a ripple effect that lasts long after the event ends.
As Ali became a business owner and immersed herself in the local business community, she noticed a pattern: brilliant business owners who were incredible at what they did — but when it came to marketing, they were throwing arrows blindfolded, hoping to get close to the bullseye.
No strategy. No foundation. Just random acts of marketing and crossed fingers.

As a co-founder of Women in Business — a community-driven organization that has connected over 1,000 women and hosted 32+ events — she knows exactly what it takes to build a brand that creates culture, drives community, and keeps people coming back.
